If you feel a Role or project leader is not fulfilling their duties properly please contact:
Role leader for project leader complaints
Nexus co-founders for Role leader complaints
Nexus is structured to allow it to scale to far more Roles than the current 8 roles we're starting with. The end goal is to have community members filling all the Role Leader and Project Leader positions, working alongside and supervising ordinary contributors
Obviously, in the beginning there will be no members to complete all those essential functions, so each of the co-founders will take responsibility for 1 or 2 Roles and recruit enthusiastic new members to fill project leader positions and, eventually, the Role leader positions themselves. Co-founders may remain as Role leaders for a while, but eventually ordinary members should fill those roles. Even then, the Co-founders will all still be Role members that contribute like everyone else in addition to their responsibilities setting up new Roles as they are requested by the community.
