1) Make understanding Cardano's Catalyst and Governance proposals easy and time-effective for all.
2) Remind/Instruct the community in the core ethos and mission of crypto, and encourage them to apply both in their voting choices.
Effective governance by and for the people requires: first, a well informed voting population; second, voters who are principled enough to overlook short term pleasures for long term success, and to sustain the democratic/libertarian values the system was founded to safeguard. There will be hundreds of proposals submitted every year to Catalyst and Sancho Net, which even the most dedicated dReps will struggle to evaluate thoroughly themselves. If we want good governance, we will need a way to make this flood of information digestible. In addition, if ADA holders and dReps start to forget or ignore the principles Cardano was founded on, Cardano will eventually fail in it's mission be compromised by centralized powers and partisan interests.
