Goals:

1) To make the developer onboarding and orientation experience on Cardano as frictionless, convenient and attractive as possible.

How Does Cardano Benefit?

Many builders on Cardano have complained about a lack of growth-hacking initiatives by the founding entities. By organizing Cardano domain experts to quickly orient and address the concerns of builders we can have many of the benefits of a professional "growth hacking" team without the centralized look that accompanies having one of the founding entities provide that service.

Current Focuses

Note: "Activities" are series of meaningful tasks that are relatively simple and well defined. "Initiatives" are more challenging, with defined goals but no prescribed path to completion, requiring more proactivity from the contributor.

Survey Current Builders

Collect Onboarding Suggestions and complaints from current builders, and use the findings as the basis for other project proposals.

Builder Onboarding Team

Community members very familiar with Cardano's tooling (paid and free), open source repositories, and ecosystem host and advertise a forum where prospective builders can come to quickly get oriented and have their questions answered.

"Why Build on Cardano?" Pitch Deck

(Suggested Initiative)

Create the most in-depth presentation on the advantages of building on Cardano and make it publicly available for founders to use and reference during their investment pitches.
