As Cardano's on-chain governance starts to take off, Intersect will be critical to the execution of Cardano's future developments and roadmap. There are many essential organizational and other non-technical roles at Intersect that need to be filled for Intersect to function properly. We don't want to end up in a situation where all our best and brightest developers end up having to do administrative work because the community didn't step up to fill that needed role. By assisting with Intersect however is needed, and inviting others to do the same, we will be able to fully leverage the collective intelligence of the community and leave our developers free to do what they do best.
